The cupboard did not have a nice smell. Evenings and mornings was quite noisy outside, as you would expect from the place situated in the centre of the town but during the night was quiet.

The communication between the host and us was great, the apartment situated very close to bus station, old town and shops and restaurants. The apartment was cleaned every day.

The noise coming from the street or neighbours :( The apt needs some improvements.

The apt is very well located: close to the beach, old town, nearby you cand find supermarkets, coffee shops, bakery etc. Nice host, fast check-in, good wifi. Overall the conditions are ok.

The flat was very close to the bus station. It was a very clean apartment. Every day were coming to clean.

Shower and Kitchenette could be bigger. A smart tv would be great allowing guests to log onto their own streaming services.

The host was very helpful and kind. Cleanliness was very good. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bed sheets changed every 2 days. Location is good. Bus station is only 10mins walk away and the old town and harbour about 15mins walk. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurant's a short walking distance.

I would have liked to have had breakfast at this price and we expected to have a small oven maybe at the kitchen facilities. Twin bed was quite uncomfortable.

I liked the yard very much, location was quite good, it was spotless in regards to cleaning, staff was very welcoming and polite.

Daily cleaning services and replacement of used towels - a huge plus, which services is available at b&b or hotels and not the norm when booking an apartment. Very helpful and friendly staff :) Great location as only minutes away from the beach, amenities, restaurants & above all the bus station which is very efficient !

lovely quiet court yard outside the rooms. kitchenette was useful! rooms were cleaned and bed comfortable. check in was very easy. short walk from the old town and to the beach

Very nice and clean room, comfortable beds, cleaning service every day, cutlery, fridge, owner very helpful and nice, accomodation close to the centre town and seafront, parking everywhere around the area - no problem to find place. Inside private yard with tables and chairs. Very happy, I love this country and ppl, definitely will come again

the apartment is quiet humid. swimming suits and towels couldn’t dry properly, but it could be also because the weather.

the apartment is in a great position, 10 min walk to the c’è real street. it’s small but has everything needed, there’s a beautiful garden in common with other guests, free parking in all the nearby streets. cleaning comes every morning, which we appreciated a lot!

There is a reception and the manager was very kind and well prepared. He introduced the facilities, how to use the hot water from solar and electricity etc. very infomative. The courtyard was very nice. The location was close to everything one needs.

We heard noise during the evening/night, beds were not the best comfort and parking was also a hazard.

We liked the fact that amenities were near the apartment and we had a great time experiencing the city lifestyle. It was very clean and there was someone at the reception to welcome us even though we arrived around 9PM.

It is close to the bus station and the old town can be reached in 10 minutes. the room is well equipped and very clean. the staff was very friendly. Soap and shampoo made of olive oil from Crete 😊

We visited in September. The owner was incredibly helpful and nice! He even gave us maps of the area with the most important things that we would need as tourists. The apartment was great, had AC and was very clean. We even had a stacked little kitchen in case we wanted to cook, or keep things in the fridge. The location was perfect too, we were 5 minutes away from the old town and the center, and also from the bus station. It was quiet in the evenings and very safe.

Also the street is quiet but you can hear everything from outside. You can hear people talking and dogs barking like they are actually in the room. If you are fine sleeper be prepared and bring earplugs. It didn't bother us too much because it is actually gets very quiet after 11pm and stays that way till around 7am.

The apartment has everything we needed. Very close to the city center and a walking distance to the beach. I loved that it was cleaned daily, sheets and towels were changed every second day. Great value for the money.

I would say the bathrooms require a bit of refurbishment, but it's not really a deal breaker. A micro-wave would be a nice addition to the kitchen too. Lastly, a parking spot would be very welcome, although I understand why this is difficult for an old town like Chania.

The rooms are quite spacious and the facilities are ok. The kitchen is also very well equipped, so that was a big plus, especially if you're a large group. Overall we had a really good stay, I recommend it.
