Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Eva Plus. Yannis made our stay here absolutely phenomenal- we had an excellent time. Exceptional customer service, perfect location and so clean and fresh. The room has everything you could ever want- it’s all so thoughtful.

IrelandWe had the red Do Not Disturb sign on our door, but someone came in to clean our room while we were out, and changed the sign to the green Enter sign themselves.
We loved our stay at Eva Plus. The rooms are located in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance of everything you could need. The room was sparkling clean, fully stocked with appliances and plates/cutlery, and even had complimentary raki, olive oil and shower gel. We arrived at midnight with only 3% battery on our phones and were making mistakes while following the (very simple!) self check-in process - classic weary travellers. We called Yannis and he promptly assisted us, knowing our low-battery issue. We were very appreciative of his attentiveness, especially so late at night! His family own the shop on the corner of the block and they were also very hospitable, arranging taxi transfers and giving us recommendations for excursions & food. Not to mention, the rooftop terrace is beautiful and a privilege to have as part of your stay! We would recommend booking with Eva Plus and would happily stay here again ☺️

SwitzerlandThe upstairs tennants for one night were a bit loud and the rooms are not too soundproof so it was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn't a big issue.
The room is a bit on the smaller side but provides you with everything you need and doesn't feel cramped at all. The bed is very comfortable, everything in the kitchen is very modern and works flawlessly and the bathroom is small, but very modern with a lovely shower (great water pressure!). A great plus for us were the table and chairs in front of the room where you could sit outside, eat breakfast and observe the people wandering through the alley. As it is located just off one of the most busiest alleys, the location is perfect, very central but it's not noisy at all as the main business is in the bigger alley. We could even use the terrasse from where you see part of the venetian harbour and can relax perfectly. The staff was also absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Great location! Super central, just next to the area where all the restaurants and the shops are. The place is so nice and clean. Also the self check in - check out is very convenient. Definitely recommended.
