The position: extremely central in the heart of the old town. The apartment looked and felt great, had everything you could possibly need. Helpful staff.

Wifi is really bad, sometimes didn’t work at all.

very clean and bright room, with basics included (kitchen sink, mini fridge, table and chairs) in the room itself but in a very organized way. The room doesn’t have cleaning service but it’s fine because it has enough space so is less probability of getting messy. The location is the best part of it all, right in the center of old town in a charming and full of restaurants street. Highly recommend this place, it was amazing. The toilet is also big, the shower is amazing!

The location is the best ! I always stay in Palau Chora when I visit as it’s very close to the nightlife and the lovely Chania centre. The house was renovated to excellent standards and I will def stay there again when I visit.

It didn't bother us (in fact part of the attraction!) but the street has become a trendy spot for eating out over recent years - so you will hear people passing by below.

Smart little apartment looking out over the old Minaret on Hatzimichali street. Nice neat decor and in a great place for exploring the beautiful town.

Nothing that I personally didn't like but just to consider: - the windows are facing a street that gets busy at night and you can hear people dining until midnight that may be disturbing for light sleepers - kitchen equipment is basic so it's not a place for someone who likes cooking. Nevertheless, you will never get hungry in Chania :)

The apartment is located is a very centre of Chania, just a walking distance from the Old Venetian port and main attractions of the town. Communication with hosts was excellent, they were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a large bed. I particularly liked shower with rainfall showerhead and body jets that gave a bit of spa-like experience :)

it was EXTREMELY NOISY. on Saturday the noise went until 3am, on Sunday till 11pm. it’s located above a popular dining street and you can hear everything.

The roof terrace does get the sun ALL day which is good and challenging. It was always roasting, would have been nice to have the option of a couple of loungers out there. The stairs certainly keep you fit, not a major issue for us and that is the sacrifice for a roof terrace (you won’t get one on ground level).

The location of the apartment was excellent, beautiful street in the old town and close to everything! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The small kitchenette was suffice, in Chania you really don’t need much more as we are always out for food and coffee’s etc. The roof terrace was an absolute delight.

Everything was just perfect! Nice and clean room, great localization. Must say I really enjoyed the monochrome white interior. A perfect place to stay in Chania! Totally recommend it :)

Modern, big and clean in the center of the center, but quiet as well! The staff was friendly and always in touch, so you dont miss a reception. They gave as a bottle of champagne because it was our honeymoon, and it was an amazing touch! Fully recomend it.

Perfect location in the heart of Chania! Even though there are restaurants outside, i was surprised that we we couldn't hear noises, it's soundproofed. Really comfortable, clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for my 5-day holidays. 100% coming back!

Very uncomfortable washbasin — all the water pours out. There was no saucepan in the kitchen, only a frying pan. Had to use frying pan to cook shrimps. Anyway I loved this apartment.

Balcony and Terrace are amazing. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean apartment. Personnel is very helpful.

Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. We booked because we thought there was outside space, eg balcony/roof terrace access, but not any. It may of been my mistake, but looking at the photos it seemed it did.
