Room facing the main road meant road noise was a lot, it wasn’t bad for me I have good earplugs but maybe ask for other side of building if that’s a concern

Location was great, beach and stores in 5 mins walking distance, city centre close by. Early self check in was super appreciated as I took the overnight ferry. Staff were exceptional

We stayed in the left corner unit on the ground floor. It was quite small, especially the bathroom. There was a bit of a sewage smell now and then and the door was very squeaky. A foam topper for the mattresses would have been nice. They are hard and quite uncomfortable. But our biggest issue was with the noise. The windows and doors have very poor sound insulation and the noise from the motorbikes woke us up regularly at night, as have our neighbours who were banging their doors and laughing loudly until 3-4 am. We started using earplugs after that night. We live in a big city, next to a busy road, so we are not overly sensitive. But this was on another level...

It's a clean & simple place. Good location. Close to great beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and to the bus stop to Chania. The green mini garden in front is a very nice place for having breakfast and for relaxing in the evening. The aircon works well and seems to be properly maintained (no musky smell). Overall a basic, but ok place to stay.

Lovely stay here, friendly staff who make up the room daily if wanted. We were pleasantly upgraded to a room with a balcony. Walking distance to nice beaches in the area

The matress was too strong for me, I should asked for an other room but i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't asked..and the room was too dark for me but everything you need inside.

The host are smiling and kind. It was convenient to have a kitchen. It's very close to beautiful beachs where you can walk.

it’s location is very good since it’s near the beaches and also the bus station, with bus we need only ca 10 minutes to reach Chania city center and the old city. The room/ studio contain all what we need also air condition was perfect during hot Sommer days.

Coffee maker should be changed as it took so long time to make coffee.

Didnt like that nothing of the basic stuff weren't there when you come, but lets say it is personal sense of owners. What i really didn't like was the level of noise from other apartments. Very bad sound isolation, when someone gets up earlier, he mostly wakes up the whole building. The bathroom was too small.

Location was great, you have beach in 5min away. Owners are very pleasant and they are there whenever you need them. Balcony is well oriented, beautiful sunset.

The owners are so lovely and friendly. The studio apartment is less than four minutes walk from a beautiful beach and there's a bus stop to get in and out of Chania town right on the road 😊

I like absolutely everything started from location very close to the beaches, nice room with all facilities you need 😀 and if you wish some extra Giota is there to make your wishes realised. Two supermarkets close by and lot of restaurants. Panajotis very kindly gave me a room with a balcony even though I didn't book it .Very professional and very friendly all the family.Thank you and see you soon.😀
