We were unaware that the pool bar and shop would be closed when we arrived at the start of the season, however, the campsite upgraded us to a bell tent and facilities started after a couple of days.

Great campsite in a beautiful location. Walking distance to fabulous beaches and caves. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of facilities. Lovely pool and warm showers :)

The bathrooms in the bungalows are tiny, and I really mean tiny. We only stayed one night passing through to the West, so, for me, it was fine but I think this would have become frustrating if we'd stayed a whole week. The bedroom/living room is huge though. Would easily accommodate three people and lots of luggage.

No clothes line for us. The bungalow we were in number 8, my friend got locked in the bathroom for 30 mins because key was old and rusty. Haha it was funny but maybe check it out. No bin in living area. No hairdryer.

Next to beach. Immersed in nature. There was a pool but every time I went it was a little bit dirty so I never went in. Loved the bed very comfortable. Good cleaning staff.

The mobile hone seemed to be set on a bit of a slope which made us feel a bit woozy! The home was practical but not a lot in the way of home comforts. Although the description says there is a BBQ it is a shared BBQ in the middle of the site, not great... i would probably invest in a BBQ for each accommodation, it would be a lot better.

The location of the campsite is perfect 2 mins from beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars and near bus stop to Chania. We used our mobile home as a base to leave our things whilst we toured some of the South of the island, it was perfect for this. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good, there were places to sit outside. The pool at the campsite was good, with free sunbeds and the pool bar was excellent with really tasty reasonably priced food. The camp shop was also reasonably priced although not a fantastic choice of items there was fresh bread every morning. The staff throughout the site were really lovely and went out of their way to help, the vibe is very easy going, we arrived in the early hours of the morning which was no problem for them and on the day of our departure, they kept our bags at reception, we used the pool and shower before we left for the airport, its things like this which make uour stay all the more pleasant. Overall a good stay and I would probably stay again

During 7 days they came for cleaning only twice, the WiFi connection wasn't really fast

The bungalow I took was really nice for the price I paid, it's near to many beaches and restaurants, also they accept pets, I went with my fur baby. The staff was helpful and polite. There is also a supermarket, swimming pool and bar where you can buy food and staff you need

Only one real dislike: the showers and toilets...most don't have a boiler and are sun powered so many times a cold shower and had to be early for a warm one. Unfortunately, the showers and toilets were not very clean most of the time, but I'm also not sure how many more times the cleaners can come and clean up after the mess people make... Suggestions: more plugs in the tent as it was difficult to charge our phones and a tablet and have the fridge plugged in all at the same time. The fan was pathetic, haha. not much use in a big tent like we had. On the site it says, when you check the amenities at the tent, bbq facilities, I understood that to be with the tent but its not, they have a shared kitchen if you want to cook and a shared bbq, what made it confusing for me was the description and when you check the foto's it shows a foto witn a tent with cooking facilities. Maybe also think of the younger ones as it's a family camping too, so not only late night parties by the pool but maybe something for the kids too We had a fabulous time though!! Oh and yes, the ciccades....they start from sunrise till sunset, so wake up with breakfast and go to the beach so they won't bother you as much...my gosh, they are loud

I think it's safe to say I liked pretty much everything, the staff were lovely; frontdesk, supermarket, bar and the cleaners all super friendly. The tent we stayed in was I think a new one as it was not the same blue and orange one I saw on the fotos but a lovely white canvas tent. Ample space (we booked a 4-person tent) Comfy beds and a decent fridge. Super close to the beach and a little walk to other beaches Lidl around the corner and an even bigger super market across from the lidl Everything you need is close by... and good bus connections to Chania I stayed with my 9 year old

The room was not prepared at arrival, even thow we announced our arrival in advance and other rooms where also vacant. We had to find other near places to spend 3 h, during rainy day.

Dirty wc and showers, people do not leave them clean and staff does not clean often enough. Pretty old furniture in the tent, table and chairs. But generally comfortable enough for a camping.

Nice little camping site in Chania with a small pool and close to the beach. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which are located a bit away from the tents so it was really nice and quiet. We especially liked the restaurant and the home cooked food and family friendly atmosphere. It is not the most fancy place but makes up for it with the homely atmosphere

The camp was quite noise until early morning hours. The tens are shaded by beautiful trees but we were very surprised how loud the cycads were.

We stayed in a bell tent which was clean, cozy and comfortable. I would come back for that. Camp is well equipped with a nice restaurant- food was easy and tasty, staff was very warm and welcoming.

Not really much to say here, except the toilettes perhaps could have been a bit more comfy ( regarding hot water etc ) but nothing really to worry about.

Amazing location and food, people are helpful and very polite. You feel secure and welcome, everything is easily reachable. Location is superb !
