Without a car it is a very isolated spot and difficult to walk on the busy road without footpaths.

Very helpful staff in traditional family run hotel.Older style facilities,very big rooms and 2 balconies with a nice small beach across the road. We had a car as it is out of town.Great 6 night stay. Not modern luxury style if you want that. Very good value for money.

The staff was great, close by to the port for trips. Water prepared in the fridge, parking big enough for all of us.

The only inconvenience is that there was no hot water in the bathroom in the evening.

The location of the apartments is gorgeous, above the sea on a hill, so the view is fantastic. The apartment needs a bit of renovation, but it had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Their garden is full of flower's and other mediterranean plants and trees, which gave the whole place a good vibe.

We found the beds slightly firmer than we are used to.

This accommodation was very close to the very pretty village with a well preserved old quarter. Plenty to do and see. Had a very nice swimming pool. Very accommodating hosts.

Lovely place, lovely young people running the hotel. Specious apartment with 2 balconies, daily cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't cleaned properly after the previous guests. The doors were squeaking, and it could have been easily fixed with a bit of oil (which I did). The towels and bed sheets were stained, and they smelled unpleasant. The window in the bathroom was missing glass... Ants everywhere, balcony, bathroom, bedrooms... The shower was the worst as it was old and with no water pressure. I understand the hotel is old, but these are things that can easily be fixed, regardless of how old the building is. I think it's ok to stay for a day or two, but not for 2 weeks like we did.

The location is amazing, the view is fantastic! The staff is great and lovely. But they need to do more to keep the place clean....

location- nothing around facilities- awkward shower cubical:uncomfortable. broken shower, no clear view from window obstructed by palms , no pool, dated , only one taverna half a mile away.

No TV in the room.

The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. He recommended the best restaurants and beaches; also the best place to view the sunset. It really added to our time in Kissamos.

the bathroom was less than perfect. the bathtub was a bit too small.

We were welcomed by Panos, a great host, full of useful advices and kind words. not to mention the welcome drinks 😊 loved the gorgeous view (2 balconies) and the the big apartament.

a bit too long a walk along a hot and busy highway to get anywhere as I was on foot lovely potential in the terraces and common spaces but a bit neglected - could use a gardener/groundskeeper (I say that as a garden designer —I notice these things ) could invest in more comforts for guests, shampoo/soap, and coffee maker as no cafes onsite or nearby

This place met our needs perfectly, but its location out of town makes it most suitable for people with a car.

The views over the Gulf of Kissamos are spectacular and the host Panos is welcoming and exceptionally helpful. He kindly gave one of us a lift into Kissamos to a pharmacy. He also provided clear and easy information for us to find our room as we were arriving from the nearby ferry port in the middle of the night!

The bathrooms are really old and when you showered the whole bathrooms was wet. It did bother us that much but that's why we don't give 10 stars.

The people working there, specially Panos, make the stay so nice and we would always come back. We sat down with him, had some drinks and nice chats. He is the soul of that place.

Unfortunately the window in the bathroom was broken and we had to put a plastic bag to cover the hole but the cockroaches would still enter the bathroom... and one of the towels was dirty and had a brown stain on it

The property is really beautiful with an amazing view of the sea which is right in front of it. It’s a typical Greek property, so very beautiful. We had the terrace and we loved it

Amazing view with two balconies both overlooking the sea + easy access to Kissamos and surrounding area. Good wi-fi coverage (I could make an hour long video call). Panos and Maria are the real gems of this place, they will take care of you with a kindness and professionalism that are rare these days.
