The friendly and approachable, kind and helpful welcome by our host. He was absolutely great, made sure I had everything I needed and especially helping get my bags downstairs when I checked out and holding them until I collected them. The room was lovely, comfortable, cool with a view of the sea. The location was fabulous, near specially art-styled shops as well as the sea and cafes. A beautiful stay.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a high ceiling in a beautiful Venetian building in the old town. The friendly hosts welcomed us with a cool drink and honey cake. Quiet hotel in a fantastic location for restaurants, bars, shopping, and site seeing.

Great location. Surprisingly quiet while close to the main centre. Nasos was very helpful with tips on where to eat, nearby walks, and other places to visit on the island. They held my bag for me while I went hiking for a few days which was very convenient.

So close to old town yet located in quiet street. We were greeted by the nicest man with cold water and delicious cake. Room was very cosy with private balcony covered in leaves. If I hadn't already planned going to the west of the island, I would have definately stayed longer.

Standard room. Friendly and engaging host. Superbly quiet. One of the quietest old city rooms I've stayed in during many stays in Chania over the years. Window was genuine soundproofed. Bed was very comfortable and temperature perfect. Tiny room but that is clear from the listing. The quiet and Bed comfort eclipse that aspect. Espresso machine and caps (in a lower cupboard near the bathroom door). Next morning I discovered there is another power point behind the bed and below the window, which wasn't initially visible. Giving you a heads up via this review.

Toilet was a bit small, water spills out of the shower area.

Cute room but not large. Balcony was delightful and we enjoyed sitting out. Room without balcony would not be so nice. Manager v helpful with welcoming pastries and allowed late checkout.

Great location, right near city centre. The room was cozy, clean with a balcony. There is a small fridge and coffee machine. Nasos was a fantastic host! Thank you for everything! To sum it up, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed for just one night, as we were in transit. The owner is very hospitable and room cosy, fully featured and quiet with a lovely small balcony with side sea view. Not suitable for people but low mobility because of narrow stairs, but otherwise perfect.

super central location inside the old town and 50 meters from the port. Nasos is the best host ever, super kind, helpful and with lot of suggestions for your trip. he also gave us typical products as a present. I’ll recommend him to all my friends traveling tu Crete.
