The Lounge on the 4th floor was quite pleasant for the 17H30 snacks with a very good selection of snacks and titbits on offer. We were happy to attend and have a snack. The lounge attendant was extremely pleasant and courteous and an asset for the hotel. The afternoon tea came as a bit of a shock as there were 5 slices of some type of a small white cake loaf on a plate and nothing much else... As people used to a proper English tea, we found this offering wanting and open to huge improvement.

The service in the bar area was not good. Staff ignored me for 10-15 minutes while chatting with someone who was not a customer. Water in shower kept going from very cold to very hot. Not enjoyable.

Directions from arrivals in terminal E a little vague but manageable (just follow the transit signs and the obscure bed logo ie. Maybe a Sheraton sign would help!

Proximity to airport arrivals, rooms well sound proofed being close to airport. Bar food easy and open late. Ideal for a late arrival so it’s out absorbing lots of time getting to an off site hotel late in the evening.

You pay for the privilege of being in the terminal …… the hotel is fine but nothing special. The room service croque monsieur was in a sweet croissant! Red wine was pretty ropey …. Both of which I would have expected to be better in FRANCE!

The major plus is that the hotel is located right inside the terminal

The restaurant was just ok

The room was large, quiet and large king bed was comfortable. The hotel was only a 5 min walk to the British Airlines check in counter and 8 min to security. Very convenient.

Well there was a really grumpy guy who worked at the restaurant. He wore a suit so it seemed he was a supervisor of some sort and he was at the entrance to the restaurant when I walked in for breakfast. The moment he realised I did not speak French, he became quite unfriendly. What could be better is for staff who are not front office to realise that they will be customer facing at some point and they should be taught the basics of customer service.

The Hotel was located in my terminal. It took away all the stress of an overnight stay. The Hotel was completely sound proof, considering it is located at a busy airport, it is very quiet. The food was good, reception staff, concierge and porters were very friendly and welcoming. I had a beautiful panoramic view of the runway and could watch planes take off and land. This was the icing on the cake.

Nothing work on the tv. I could not stream my phone to the tv. The internet did not work. Nor did any of the movie features? When I called the front desk they told me they did not have these options but yet they were on the tv and locked.

I loved the hotel but wished I could use the options better on the tv.

The room was spacious, quiet, had a great view of CDG taxi ramps, and was perfectly located for catching long haul flights. The hotel is just minutes away from the check-in operations in terminal 2. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar. A perfect place to rest before getting on an airplane.

Waitstaff at restaurant arrogant and unhelpful. This was the only time we encountered this lack of service in our three weeks in France.

It was hard to find. Airport staff couldn’t tell me the way. It took an hour and a half from my arrivals gate, 2 buses, three passport checks and endless corridors and mazes before I got there. The rooms are ok. Bit old fashioned.
