Location and remoteness of resort

The resort is beautiful, and pool and beach were stunning. A perfect place to relax.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable. Great supply of activities and amenities. The resort was so beautiful and authentically New Caledonian. Catharine's spa treatment was brilliant.

The location is superb. This is one of the prime spots on the Isle of Pines and Oro Bay is directly outside. The Piscine Naturelle d’Oro is only a few minutes drive away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to rent a car and organise activities. The food was generally good (see below for an exception to this). It's really the only resort type place on the Isle of Pines.

The location is stunning, the unspoiled beauty of the place is unforgettable. Oro Bay and the nearby natural pool should be on everyone's bucket lists. Kayaking and swimming with the fishes, stingrays and turtles was amazing, as was walking through the bay at low tide and exploring the little caves. The local people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, as are the staff (for the most part). The grounds of the resort are immaculately kept.

Breathtaking location situated in the heart of Ora Bay. It is so beautiful and peaceful. Fantastic snorkelling at the natural pool which is 20-30 min pleasant walk from the resort. Staff are very friendly and mostly helpful. Lovely room and comfortable bed. A special welcome with flowers on our bed and bubbly with our meal for our wedding anniversary.

The resort was away from any cruise ship terminal. They served a very good variety of yummy food. The closeness to waterways and the ocean provided lots or excursion options. Very friendly staff. Beautiful gardens.

Lovely location right on the beach. Beachfront Bungalow so straight out for a swim. Lovely views. Beautiful beach. Friendly staff. Nice food in restaurant and snack menu. Resort offers airport transfers so they will meet your flight snd then take you back at the end of your stay. Rent the bikes so you can scoot round to different areas for a swim Thank you for a lovely stay.

The resort was in a lovely location, with excellent staff and a very good restaurant and good facilities. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing stay.
