Everything. We had an amazing vacation. The best was the stunning view over the beach from our balcony. The room was very big, loved the rainfall shower. The breakfast selection was the biggest we have ever seen and every single dish was delicious. Dinners were over the top too. We very much enjoyed having the surf spot right in front of the hotel.

Situated in Bentota, 1.4 km from Bentota Beach, Tree of Life Resort features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We were driving our rented tuktuk from galle to negombo and decided to break the journey up in two days, so we spent one night here. And no regrets because this place was wonderful! The design of the area is peaceful and beautiful, the pool is well-kept without the overwhelming chlorine scent and the staff is friendly and helpful (when it rained they laid out umbrellas at our door!). It all made for a relaxing afternoon of lounging and swimming. The rooms are very clean and spacious, perfect ac and room climate. The bathroom deserves its own mention because there is a waterfall shower which feels luxerious and relaxing! We had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good. I loved the chicken and cheese kottu while my bf found the fish and chips tasty. The fries were thin and crispy! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Located in Ahungalla, 300 metres from Kosgoda Beach, Ahu Bay provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Service was phenomenal. Staff were amazing. Food was incredible! I highly recommend it.

Located in Weligama, 35 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium, Malabar Hill provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Everything about the resort was remarkable. The location is on top of a hill with an amazing sea view, private pool, and chillout pillows in the villa with privacy and jungle all around us. The design and interior made me feel like the team put a lot of time and effort to make a perfect set up for a luxurious moment. I would have loved to stay longer then two nights, maybe forever. The staff were so kind and helpful, I can't think of anything less then perfection. My favorite stay in Sri lanka by far.

Haritha Villas + Spa is perched on a hill and nestled under a canopy of trees, less than 1 km from Narigama beach and 1.2 km from Hikkaduwa beach. the place was amazing, literally one of the places I’ve ever been, the nature is wonderful and it so peaceful. perfect for honeymoon moon or family getaway. also I highly recommend the place for hijabi women because the villa is 100% private. the service is beyond fantastic, our butler “Kinsly” was just a whatsapp message away to service us! he recommended the best food and the activities in the area, he was very friendly and helpful. the food is so good and the chef was so creative to adjust everybody’s taste. the spa was an amazing experience from the beginning till the end. they do pampers you to feel good and refresh.

All the staff are genuinely helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Opeka for your warm service. Food prepared by Chef Dinesh were really good, too! A perfect getaway if you need to unwind in nature, with the luxury of having comfortable facilities and delicious food.

Located in Weligama, Weligama Temple Tree has a garden and free WiFi. All rooms boast a private bathroom. The rooms also have a terrace. Guest rooms at the resort are equipped with a seating area. Compared to other accommodations this one is really good. A bit away from the Main Street so it’s quiet. Quiet A/C which I really appreciate. Close to shops and restaurants and beach. Table inside the room was great for some work to be done. Very nice and helpful owner.

Set in Weligama, 100 metres from Dammala Beach, Naomi Beach Resort - Adults only offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Great hotel, nice restaurant (can add some more variation to the menu, but the dishes are good), first line to the beach, great surf break right next to hotel. Rooms are nice, well decorated, clean, with comfortable beds and great balconies. Nice infinity pool, beautiful restaurant area with nice sunsets.

Located within 300 metres of Unawatuna Beach and 1.7 km of Rumassala South Beach in Unawatuna, Hiru Resort Inn Unawatuna features accommodation with seating area. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was located around 10min walk from the beach, in a jungle. The only problem was very bad reception and super slow WiFi, but if you sat closer to the router it worked well. The typical breakfast of eggs, toast and fruits was included. The hosts were amazing, they upgraded our room without additional payment. What is more, they helped me when I needed charger after mine broke.

Situated in Hikkaduwa, 300 metres from Hikkaduwa Bus Stand and 500 metres from Hikkaduwa Beach, Arcadia Resort features a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue. 2 great pools with a children’s pool attached. Absolutely beautiful gardens and nice big room. Hot and cold shower a bonus. Breakfast if you want it. The manager Jay was what made my stay too, he was so helpful giving me great recommendations for dinner. He always had a friendly smile and was always interested in talking to me which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you Jay!!!
