The design of the area is peaceful and beautiful, the pool is well-kept without the overwhelming chlorine scent and the staff is friendly and helpful (when it rained they laid out umbrellas at our door!). It all made for a relaxing afternoon of lounging and swimming. The rooms are very clean and spacious, perfect ac and room climate. The bathroom deserves its own mention because there is a waterfall shower which feels luxerious and relaxing! We had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good. I loved the chicken and cheese kottu while my bf found the fish and chips tasty. The fries were thin and crispy! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We loved taking all of our meals at the property. The food was also delicious and one of our highlights during the stay – particularly the dinner from the a la carte menu. This hotel is just one of those we can have more of in the coast of Sri Lanka. The people, food and views all combined to make our stay super memorable.

A little tip: if you prefer milder flavors, do request them to tone down the spices. My stay was made even more memorable by the trips we took. The Galla Fort exudes historical charm, the tea trip was an enlightening journey into the world of tea-making, and the Kollaghan Lake was a visual feast with its picturesque islands, lively birds, playful monkeys, and yes, we even spotted a crocodile! At the hotel, rooms are fitted with a patio with pool view. The rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. Each villa has a private plunge pool and an Infinity shared swimming pool for colonial Mansions. This place was a dream! No reception, no check-in, everything is set up to make you feel in paradise as soon as you arrive. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention to Dumindu. He made our stay spectacular! He was so professional, helpful, friendly, polite and attentive to our needs. The food.. just incredible! The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. We had monkeys just in front of our bedroom. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and the SPA and will come back for sure!

This is by far the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka. This hotel is just perfect. The location is unique, the beach is not crowded and the sunsets at the beach hut next by are breathtaking. Food is great, rooms are clean and all of them have a great view. Price-Quality= 10/10 And the best part is the amazing staff. Everyone, from the cleaning to restaurant staff was extremely professional and kind. Thank you for having us, you can be proud of this hotel :)

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The locations was great. We were in the nature but still close enough to everything that we needed.
