We had an amazing vacation. The best was the stunning view over the beach from our balcony. The room was very big, loved the rainfall shower. The breakfast selection was the biggest we have ever seen and every single dish was delicious. Dinners were over the top too. We very much enjoyed having the surf spot right in front of the hotel.

We were driving our rented tuktuk from galle to negombo and decided to break the journey up in two days, so we spent one night here. And no regrets because this place was wonderful! The design of the area is peaceful and beautiful, the pool is well-kept without the overwhelming chlorine scent and the staff is friendly and helpful (when it rained they laid out umbrellas at our door!). It all made for a relaxing afternoon of lounging and swimming. The rooms are very clean and spacious, perfect ac and room climate. The bathroom deserves its own mention because there is a waterfall shower which feels luxerious and relaxing! We had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good. I loved the chicken and cheese kottu while my bf found the fish and chips tasty. The fries were thin and crispy! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Everything about the resort was remarkable. The location is on top of a hill with an amazing sea view, private pool, and chillout pillows in the villa with privacy and jungle all around us. The design and interior made me feel like the team put a lot of time and effort to make a perfect set up for a luxurious moment. I would have loved to stay longer then two nights, maybe forever. The staff were so kind and helpful, I can't think of anything less then perfection. My favorite stay in Sri lanka by far.

מלון האריטה (Haritha Villas & Spa) ממוקם על גבעה מתחת לצמרות עצים, במרחק של פחות מקילומטר אחד מחוף נריגאמה (Narigama beach) ו-1.2 ק"מ מחוף היקדואה (Hikkaduwa beach). the place was amazing, literally one of the places I’ve ever been, the nature is wonderful and it so peaceful. perfect for honeymoon moon or family getaway. also I highly recommend the place for hijabi women because the villa is 100% private. the service is beyond fantastic, our butler “Kinsly” was just a whatsapp message away to service us! he recommended the best food and the activities in the area, he was very friendly and helpful. the food is so good and the chef was so creative to adjust everybody’s taste. the spa was an amazing experience from the beginning till the end. they do pampers you to feel good and refresh.

The hotel is built on a mountain in the jungle and offers an amazing pool with ocean view, very tasty food with reasonable prices and beautifully designed rooms. We loved the “digital butler” app which allowed us to order food, spa or anything else very easily with our phones. Also, the Dutch owners are wonderful and the entire staff was very kind at all times. The hotel is a 20 minutes ride to Galle. You can get a tuk tuk which will be about 15 USD for the roundtrip. In summary, we can only recommend this hidden gem.

Located in Weligama, Weligama Temple Tree has a garden and free WiFi. All rooms boast a private bathroom. The rooms also have a terrace. Guest rooms at the resort are equipped with a seating area. טמפל טרי זה המקום שבו התחלנו את הטיול אחרי נסיעה מתישה, פספוס טיסה והמתנה של שעות בשדה. בעל המקום צינטאקה ראה את הקושי שלנו וקיבל אותנו בצורה כל כך יפה ונתן תחושה טובה, ישר שהגענו הושיב אותנו פתח לנו קוקוסים והתעניין במצבנו, החדר שינה מהמם מעוצב יפה וחדשני בנוסף מרפסת ומקלחת מדהימה עם תחושה של ספא, היה לנו את כל האקססוריז הדרושים בחדר וזה המקום הכי טוב מבחינתי שהייתי בו בווליגמה. צינטאקה נענה לכל בקשה שלנו גם שביקשתי ממנו חלב סויה הלך ורכש. החוויה שלנו שם הייתה קסומה ואני לגמרי ממליצה :-)

מקום האירוח Naomi Beach Resort - Adults only נמצא בווליגאמה, במרחק של מספר צעדים מחוף דמאלה, ומציע בריכת שחייה חיצונית, חניה פרטית בחינם, גינה וטרסה. מיקום טוב, קרוב להכל. מלון אינטימי עם 12 חדרים וללא ילדים, היה מדהים. נוף הכי יפה שיש, מסעדה מעולה וצוות ממש אדיב.

מקום האירוח Hiru Resort Inn Unawatuna שוכן באונה ואטונה, במרחק של 300 מ' מחוף אונוואטונה, ומציע גינה, חניה פרטית בחינם וטרסה. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was located around 10min walk from the beach, in a jungle. The only problem was very bad reception and super slow WiFi, but if you sat closer to the router it worked well. The typical breakfast of eggs, toast and fruits was included. The hosts were amazing, they upgraded our room without additional payment. What is more, they helped me when I needed charger after mine broke.

Situated in Hikkaduwa, 300 metres from Hikkaduwa Bus Stand and 500 metres from Hikkaduwa Beach, Arcadia Resort features a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue. Peaceful place with very kind staff with two swimming pools and nice garden. Perfect place if you wanna leave from bussy Hikaduwa.
