Een fantastische tijd gehad in het Gabaa resort. Wat een fantastische staff! Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam, vriendelijk en erg leuk met onze kinderen. Alleen daarom zou ik al weer terug willen. De ruimte om in te slapen is ook fantastisch mooi.

Green Garden Resort bevindt zich in Habarana, op 12 km van Pidurangala-rots, en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. A place where you feel at home! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, Rathnayake and his family are some of the nicest people I have ever met, and their cooking is delicious! You will also appreciate the calm of the place and the beauty of the garden. I can only recommend spending a night at their place to anyone in the Habarana area 🙌🏼

Levona Garden Resort ligt in Habarana, op 1,2 km van het meer van Habarana en op 15 km van het Ritigala-bosclooster. Breakfast was very good and the hosts asked many times if we need anything more. We also took the dinner which was delicious Sri lankan food. But the best part is the family running the place. The main coordinator Dulshan speaks fluet english and can arrange for you just about anything. This place will stay with us for a long time and if we ever return to Sri Lanka we are going here without a shadow of a doubt !

Very nice service and staff, Namal, the manager, very nice and helpful, he arranged everything in 5 minutes, and impossible things in 10 minutes :)

Habarana Tree house Mutu village heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant in Habarana. Het resort met 3 sterren heeft kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer. I have no words to describe how magical this place is. I checked in after 930pm, it was simply magical. I woke up by 0530( thank god I did) the sound of nature and the sunrise was breath taking. My favorite part was the shower, never in my life had I seen something like it. Breakfast was delicious and filling. A must book for the experience. Not a 5 star hotel, more like a unique experience in heaven. Priceless if you ask me! Sameera, thank you for your hospitality. Everyone held a smile 😊 at all times.

Lake Edge Resort is goed gelegen in het centrum van Anuradhapura, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning, gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en roomservice. We planned to stay 2 nights but we ended up extending it to 5 nights. The family is extremely friendly and hospitable, going far and beyond to make our stay convenient and unforgettable: local tips, washing clothes, cooking any meals, short transports, and scooter rent can be arranged without hassle. They even significantly discounted the final bill and gifted us with some local souvenirs! The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients cooked with love, and the recipes were changing according to our liking. Every morning when we left to explore and late at night when we came back they came out to greet us and see if all is fine. The resort is with amazing views. The lake, sunrise and sunset are gorgeous with a view to 3 biggest stupas with lights on the whole new night. It’s 7-10 minutes drive with a scooter to the nearest stupas and ancient hidden sights. We had many mornings e.g. at Wessagiriya cave complex meditating and resting on smooth rock formations under giant rocks shadows, and watching peacocks’ dancing. All rooms are with A/C and very comfortable beds. There is no water heating (or cooling) so if you don’t demand hot showers but instead prefer refreshing cool showers during the hot days, it will be perfect. Next time we will come back with a bigger family. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏

This was hands down one of the best stays we have had in SL and probably one of the best overall elsewhere too! The rooms and facilities were outstanding and the food was exceptional whether it was SL or western food. The staff were excellent and made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. There were little thoughtful touches at every moment of our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. we did not want to leave and will definitely be returning!

We had a great time during our stay at Thinaya Lake Resort. It's a beautiful place and the family is lovely. They gave us a lot of recommandations about the main points of interest to visit, they even arranged for us a tuktuk driver, a lovely person as well. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, and they also offered a welcoming fresh juice :)
