I was able to fully surrender and accept and give love unconditionally throughout the experience and after. I felt a deeply relaxed by doing meditation with monk .The staff is extremely kind and caring, and truly stood out during the entire experience. I am so grateful to Shabir ,Ajay ,Roof, and the other staff and would highly recommend Lchang Nang to anyone interested in a whole and holistic experience. You will not receive the kind of love and care anywhere else in Nubra Valley . Highly recommended.
