It must have been off season as we were almost alone, only few more people coming and going while we stayed 5 nights. So peaceful and quiet. The hut we were staying in was cozy and prepared with little details wherever you look. Yes there’s loads mosquitoes but we were provided repellent and coils. Got some water bottles every morning too. The spa is 10 out of 10, all lady’s showed the same high level of professionalism. Best (3) massages in my life! Thank you so much. The whole resort is so green and close to nature, it’s clean and just the most magical place. The staff cleans up the beach every day too but it won’t kill you to pick up one or two pieces of rubbish yourself if you see it ;) all staff were extremely helpful and nice. They even joined for a yoga session in the resorts own yoga shala - such down to earth people. There is beach beds and a beach bar to enjoy a fresh coconut while sunbathing.

Das The Sanchaya liegt direkt am Strand auf der schönen Insel Bintan und bietet einen luxuriösen Erholungsort mit einem eigenen Strandbereich und einem malerischen Außenpool. We loved our stay here: flawless service, perfect villa with lots of nice compliments (free minibar, good cosmetics, slippers and a bag for the pool etc), great territory and facilities - everything was very stylish and looked expensive :) Food was also great, special thx for the breakfast menu and cocktails.

Die Unterkunft Roka Resort, die in Berakit, 0 m von Strand Pengudang entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, kostenlosen Privatparkplätzen, einem Garten und... Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach traumhaft, man fühlt sich wie im Paradies auf Erden. Die Gartenanlage ist super gepflegt und fügt sich perfekt in die direkte Strandlage ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Verpflegung (Frühstück und Abendessen, Getränke) waren exzellent. Wenn man für ein paar Tage dem Alltagsstress entkommen und richtig entspannen will, können wir diese Anlage nur empfehlen. Falls man etwas unternehmen will, benötigt man allerdings ein Mietauto oder ein Taxi. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir wirklich einen erholsamen Urlaub in völlig entspannter Atmosphäre ohne Trubel verbringen wollten und an einem Tag haben wir mit einem Taxifahrer die Insel erkundet. Die Insel Bintan hat landschaftlich einiges zu bieten und wir haben diesen Tag sehr genossen und eindrucksvolle Erinnerungen gesammelt. Besonders süß fanden wir die Hunde und Katzen der Eigentümer. Die Tiere waren einfach zum Liebhaben und Knuddeln.

We love Kelong Trikora! It's an amazing place, my husband (Indian Singaporean) and I (German) spent 4 days there over Chinese New Year. The team there, especially Linda and Eric, set a new standard to customer service! They are so deeply caring for each guest, it's touching. When it rained they placed an umbrella outside of every villa, so that guest wouldn't get wet on their way to dinner, when we wanted to go on a trip and the hotel driver was unavailable Linda called several taxi companies and in the end offered to drive us with the staff car, even when the fan did not immediately work three people showed up and got it fixed within 10mins. Kelong Trikora is a very quiet resort with a beautiful pool and 10 separate huts. The cuisine is out of this world, even though the menu is a bit limited (focus on Indonesian and Chinese), so many of the dishes were simply the best (can recommend the fish curry, the sotong bakar, the kailan and kangkong and as daily special chicken satay, each main about 180K, veggies 75-90K). It takes about an hour from the ferry terminal Bandar Bintan Telani (Lagoi) and from the resort we went to the blue lakes and sand dunes (1hr drive, absolutely worth it!). We tried the restaurants in the two resorts next to this and got utterly disappointed, food was horrible and the service even worse, so we would next time just stick to the resort kitchen. All the staff is very nice and chitchatty if you're open to it, but not forcing conversations upon anybody. For my husband's birthday I asked them to please help me get a chocolate cake and they got a super cute beautiful cake for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that you're dependant on the hotel's transport (so plan a bit in advance and let them know) and that during low tide the water draws back about 1km, so not really for swimming in the sea, but the pool is amazing and the whole area is covered in nice fluffy green grass, so nice to walk around barefoot.

Die Unterkunft Madu Tiga Beach and Resort verfügt über einen Außenpool, eine Terrasse, ein Restaurant und eine Bar in Tanjung Pinang. Die Unterkunft bietet ein Karaoke und einen Zimmerservice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

Die 5-Sterne-Unterkunft The Residence Bintan bietet einen idyllischen Charme und Villen mit modernem Komfort in Bintan. WLAN nutzen Sie in allen Bereichen kostenfrei. I enjoyed very much my stay in The Residence Bintan. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and polite. I felt that they were genuinely looking after me. I felt at home. I loved that the room and the bathroom was so spacious. The bed was very comfy. I could even choose my pillow menu. I stayed in an upper sea view room that had a hammock in the balcony that was fun. I enjoyed very much the BBQ on the beach on Sunday evening. The hotel could perhaps better promote these initiatives, for instance through its WhatsApp. I was pleased to see that the hotel tried to reduce the use of plastic, particularly for water in the rooms. In addition to the regular cleanup by staff every morning, it could consider organising daily beach cleanups with guests as the sea unfortunately brings plastic waste to the shore with the tide. It would be fun too! This was the first time that I stayed in a hotel that regarded solo travelers VIPs. Wow & bagus! (Dear The Residence Bintan, perhaps you could consider this policy when charging for an excursion too. 😉 One pax is one pax, particularly when joining two other fellow travelers. )

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. Eigenes Zelt. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Gutes WLAN. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Der Trikora Beach Club liegt etwa 20 Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Tanjung Pinang entfernt und bietet eine umweltfreundliche Unterkunft am Strand mit kostenfreiem WLAN in den öffentlichen Bereichen... Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, man kommt da richtig zur Ruhe. Der Strand, das Meer und der Pool sind herrlich. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut, das Frühstück großzügig. Alle sind sehr bemüht. Die Massage ist toll. Schnorcheln kann man auch.

Das Bintan Spa Villa Beach Resort & Spa heißt Sie mit einem Restaurant und einer Strandbar willkommen. I loved the cleanliness and freshness the resort offered. It was lovely stay.
