We booked for the sea view suite with private pool and got upgraded to the villa. We are so happy with the upgrade. The staff who assisted us - Pantelis is so nice, kind and helpful. Every time we ask him something, he will respond us immediately with useful information. The room is so nice, the food is so good and the view is amazing.

The nearest airport is Zakynthos International "Dionysios Solomos" Airport, 10 km from the villa. This place makes me regret some of the ratings in the past, that I graded with 10. To be fair compared to that, this would definitely be at least an 11. Really cosy villa with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace access. The host went beyond expectations in order to meet all our demands. Thank you very much.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, free shuttle service and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can have a drink at the bar. A unique hotel. Very clean everywhere. The room is nicely decorated in a rustic style. We stayed in a three-person room and the space was sufficient. Beds very comfortable. Drinking water in the room. Very good and varied food. And all this was supervised by staff who were very hospitable and open to customers. We were the last customers before the hotel closed for the season and we received interest from all the staff. We waited a long time for the plane and even though the hotel was closing, the staff was extremely hospitable and provided assistance and amenities to everyone. I think it was hospitality and an approach that is not often seen. I recommend the hotel in every area and rate it 10!!

Staff were the highlight for us, with the location of the beach and proximity to the hotel. They were always friendly, and smiling - working long hours All inclusive - the quality of alcohol and food was acceptable - cannot complain really. Maybe some more chicken and not pork. Lots of options. Happy.

The hotel also includes 5 outdoor pools and a buffet resataurant. The front desk is available 24/7. Nice location, very polite and friendly stuff, lots of activities for the kids
