the staff is friendly, help us alot although we did not stay here, but we still want to recommend this resort. Because the staff who chatted to me on whatsapp, he is very kind and try to help me alot. he help me to arrange the car with good price when i got rush business have to comeback airport immediatly. and he ask me after i went back home about my problem is done yet? So sorry because can not stay with you.

Todo era según el anuncio. Se me ofreció muchas facilidades de acceso y salida. Se me estuvo en todo momento apoyando con los servicios de la vivienda y la comunidad. Fue una estancia muy agradable en un piso nuevo en zona segura, familiar y con facilidad de acceso. Everything was according to the advertisement. I was offered many easy access and exit facilities. They supported me at all times with housing and community services. It was a very pleasant stay in a new apartment in a safe, familiar area with easy access.

The very accommodating, attentive, and fantastic team of staff who helped us all the way! Customer service was amazing and the ambiance and atmosphere of the place was breathtaking. It feels like we're not in Hanoi, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to the airport. The bed was just right for us that we could stay there the whole day! They maintain the place really well, too. Plus, the food was absolutely tasty! They have an entertainment room which allowed us to watch TV and sing our hearts out.

Really relax at resort. Peaceful and large. Onsen was excellent, staffs were helpful but not much speak english. The Vietnamese set menu were good.
