The beach was perfect , the room is clean but most important the staff was great and so helpful especially Mr.Ibrahim Ersek the guest relations manager made our trip joyful also Spa team of George ,Mr George was so funny and he always has the best offers for best massage

La struttura ci è piaciuta davvero molto, era vicino al mare, dovevi solo attraversare la strada e il bar era sopra le nostre sdraio, sempre aperto. Il cibo era tutto buono, molta varietà, non era uno dei migliori ma comunque buono e a parte i tre pasti del ristorante, c'era un altro posto nella struttura che rimaneva aperto fino alle 16 e vi erano pizza, pasta e tacos, in più verso mezzanotte venivano ancora cucinati gli hamburger con le patatine. Gli asciugamani del mare si potevano cambiare ogni giorno. Una bella esperienza. Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo trovare in camera lo spumante e la frutta fresca. In bagno c'era davvero tutto, dal cotton fiock al copricapelli, bagnoschiuma, balsamo per i capelli, crama per il corpo ecc.

Beautiful park, mountains, clean sea. Big choice at the restaurant so my little son could always find something. Stuff working in restaurants and around the park are all very nice and helpful. The stuff gave us potty and step tool for my toddler which was a nice addition. Also gym is quite good: it has bench press bench, bar rack for squats or overhead press. I wished there was a bench for back extensions and feet straps to do backward kicks on the big cross fit rack. Heated outside pool was like 28-29 degrees so indeed warm enough for swimming.

Servis, stuff, very comfortable bed, tasty food and drinks. SPA - hamam, pool, steam room, sauna were not crowded and very relaxing.

Super comfortable for families specially with kids. Food: awsome. There was a buffet restuarant and orher restuarants you could choose every day. We stayed for 10 days and every day the menue in the buffet restuarant had something new to offer. Staff: before going there I was worried about the staff because I read in the comments that they were not polite and attentive, but my experience was completely thr opposite. They were super kind, attentive, supportive and proffessional. To be honest they went beyond my expectation. Amusement: we have been there in Dec, so not much of water activity. But they had plenty and I mean plenty of other activites for kids and adults like games, sports, shows, clubs. You would never feel bored there. We were there from Christmas to new year. Nothing special for Christmas but for new year they had a super program. Rooms: super spacious, clean and well maintained.
