The atmosphere: jungle sounds, river, stylish interiors and exteriors. Free kayaks for an adventure at any time of the day. The surroundings are so beautiful! Pool is so nice, not crowded. Very good cakes at the café. Food not expensive, delivered to the room if you ask to. Personnel very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in minitel and then in a villa, liked both. Of course villas are times bigger than rooms. Already booked it for second stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Banyan Tree Krabi during our family trip, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was. The staff, particularly Ms. Dear, Fah, Ron and Fip from the kid's club, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the very first interaction, Ms. Dear greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to provide us with all the necessary information about the resort and its amenities, and even went the extra mile to recommend local attractions and activities suitable for our family. Her knowledge and passion for her job were evident, and it immediately put us at ease knowing that we were in good hands. The kid's club was a true highlight of our stay, thanks to the incredible staff members Fip. From the moment my son stepped foot into the club, he was greeted with open arms and a playful atmosphere. Fip was not only attentive and caring, but they also had an amazing ability to connect with children and create an environment that was both fun and educational. My son was thrilled to participate in the various activities organized by Fip, and he made wonderful memories that he will cherish for a lifetime. Throughout our vacation, the staff at this resort consistently exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the front desk team who promptly addressed any concerns or the housekeeping staff who ensured our room was always clean and comfortable, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about our well-being. Not only were the staff members exceptional, but the overall quality of the hotel was outstanding. The facilities were well-maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the dining options provided a wide variety of delicious cuisines to suit every palate. Amazing beach, very nice staff. Worth staying outside of town for the great beach. Hotel offers a shuttle to town a few times a day for a nominal fee.
