Very nice hotel. A small number of comfortable rooms, daily cleaning, there is a swimming pool on site. Everyone staying at the hotel is mainly athletes, so everyone sleeps quietly at night. Near the hotel there are a large number of restaurants and cafes, gyms, Thai massage, shops and laundries.

The location is so perfect! I enjoyed going back "home" and beeing with nature after beeing out in the city. And only 1 minute out of the street by walk. The pool is perfect. The room was perfect and clean! The family is very lovely!

The Hotel is perfect, absolutely beyond our expectation. It is located on top of a hill which offers a extraordinary scene of the Phuket City. We stayed in the Lemongrass Villa with private pool. The villa is newly built, it is very clean and spacious, and the private pool is very clean. The environment is relax. What impressed us the most is the staff! One of our family members lost his wallet in the taxi and we actually did not expect to find it back. Unbelieveably the staff (especially the hotel manager) tried very hard to help us call the airports, taxi counters, check the CCTV and eventually he managed to identified the number of the taxi and help us to contact the taxi driver. Finally we got the wallet back! The service of the staff are just absolutely impressive! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who are looking for affordable luxury resort experience!

I stayed here for 3 months and it is only fair to give Phaithong Sotel Resort 10 out of 10 for it's nice housing and facilities, very good and helpful personnel, and always fresh and delicious food. Bungalows and premises are very clean, Wi-Fi is fast and secured. All required facilities are available within Phaithong territory. This hotel goes highly recommended. May and her family are very nice people, and I hope to see all of them once again!
