Boutique heritage property with great size rooms, generous bathrooms and well serviced. Location is spectacular as the property has direct access to the beach. The property is in a cove area and if you do a return walk it’s only 3.7kms, then a relaxing swim in the ocean, walk straight back to the property for breakfast. Staff are always available to assist with beautiful smiles and nothing is difficult, their service is second to none. Loved the a la carte breakfast with plenty of fresh and tasty options…..the sunsets from the hotel are amazing!

The resort has an incredible location between Kata and Kata Noi. It gives you great seclusion from the busy areas in town. Kata Beach is very busy, but Kata Noi Beach is just perfect. It's a very short walk down some steps to the beach. Both town areas are very close, but you do need to walk up and down a hill or some steps. As for the stay, we stayed in an Ocean Wing suite. If you are thinking about this room, just book it now. It's a private paradise with only 6 rooms, it's own pool, lounge area and just the most incredible sunset. Sai and Ton in the Ocean Wing took care of everything, we felt very pampered there - amazing guys. Most of the time we saw only a couple of other guests in the Ocean wing, so if you are looking for privacy, this is great. Th room was nice, a bit dated but we really were out in the Ocean wing most of the time we were at the resort and not the room. The restaurant was top notch, creative food and nice views. We ended up eating at the restaurant itself once, and then ordered food from time to time directly to the Ocean wing for a private meal.

Great hotel and just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kata beach.

Everything in this hotel was perfect - the houses, the complex itself, the breakfast, the staff. The houses were big and with new furniture. The complex had beautiful swimming pool, palms everywhere, a lot of chill areas and amazing forest views. The food was very delicious and the breakfast had everything you can wish for - pancakes and omelets prepared in front of you, exotic fruits and juices, typical European food, Thai meals as well. The staff was super friendly, always smiling and cleaning our room and changing our towels every day. The place was super quiet, but at the same time super central, just 10 minutes walk from the main street in Kata with numerous restaurants, bars, and market. It was walking distance from some of the most beautiful beaches on Phuket - Kata, Kata Noi and Karon. The best hotel I have ever been in, amazing value for money, hopefully I will come back! :)))

I stayed here from 1st june till 6th june. Its a 4 star resort, not that big but a decent size with the most beautiful swimming pools and amazing view (depends on what room you get). The prices were very reasonable, rather underpriced I'd say for what I recieved. The staff was very friendly, service was ampt. While the hotel sometimes felt short-staffed, the staff made all the efforts to ensure our stay is comfortable and willing to help as swiftly as they can. It is just a very beautiful place with all the amenities. The food at the restaurant was probably the best in all of phuket (in my opinion), I usually don't eat at where I stay but the food was just absolutely amazing! The room was quite spacious for 2 people and the pressure pumps in the bathroom made it even better!
