The rooms are very spacious, the hotel and the rooms are well maintained, as if the hotel was built not long ago. The whole subject of guest service is exceptional in quality, a very personal and cordial attitude, a fusion of a true desire to create a perfect hospitality experience for the guest. 4 quality restaurants with different flavors. This hotel is spectacular! The staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The airline lost my luggage and I didn’t have any clothes at all. They gave me a sarong and a polo t-shirt for free. The spa even lent me a straightener which I really appreciated. The food is very good (Italian, Indian and the seafood restaurants are the best). Shoutout to Davidsen who looked after us really well in the bar every night (even though we don’t drink, he always offered us different options). The free massage is surprisingly good to be complimentary - make sure you get it! If you spend the day out, they give you a picnic box to go - very good quality food. The gym and the golf course also beautiful. We would definitely go back tomorrow if we could! Congratulations to the management of the Hotel because they are doing an excellent job. Ah! And the rental car in the hotel is cheaper than if you do it at the airport (we rented a car for 50€/day!). Best beaches: blue lagoon, flick en flak, le morne.
