The location of the hotel offers iconic views and amazing sunsets. The rooms feel luxurious, but very homey, giving you a sense of calm every time you walk in. The outside shower is a great addition (for the Prestige Junior Suites) and we also very much enjoyed spending our evenings on the terrace, just reading or laying around. We truly felt we were in Paradise for a few days. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs and they made the whole experience a lot better. Tip: When you get there, make sure you secure a sea urchins tasting and a private dinner at Vik's!

hotel is located in a unique place on the edge of a magical lagoon, the rooms are a few steps away from the water line. The rooms are very spacious, the hotel and the rooms are well maintained, as if the hotel was built not long ago. The whole subject of guest service is exceptional in quality, a very personal and cordial attitude, a fusion of a true desire to create a perfect hospitality experience for the guest. 4 quality restaurants with different flavors. We had the perfect stay at Heritage Le Telfair ; Absolutely everything was perfect, especially our host Melvin who made sure we had the best experience possible. The restaurants were great - outstanding food, service, selection, drinks and atmosphere. There is so many bars and restaurants and places to hang out during the day, we didn't even leave our hotel within the 5 days we were there (and that is saying something for me, as I always need to be on the go!)
