It was perfect for our last night in Bali. Cosy room, welcome drink, early check-in, the staff, the sunset veranda, the pool, quiet rooms, the breakfast, and close to the airport.

Great location 100 metres from the beach which is a surfer's dream the facilities in the hotel are excellent with a large pool and services to suit all tastes. The thing that makes this hotel so special is the staff from the manager, reception staff, restaurant and bar staff, cleaning staff, gardeners everything is no problem just ask and you will be satisfied. We had to cut our stay short by 5 days due to a sudden death back home in England and the staff dealt with us with compassion and love to arrange a new flight home. You are all a credit to the hotel, your families, friends and anyone who has the fortune to be supported by you, but most of all a credit to Yourselves. Thank You So So Much From The Bottom Of Our Hesrts. God Bless You All XXXX.

Modelled after a typical Indonesian village, AlamKulkul Boutique Resort features tropical gardens and antique furnishings.

The staff was wonderful: from the handling at reception, to the service (and genuine interest) during breakfast, especially from the lady called Linda and the sir who was in charge of the eggs & baking of them (ensuring freshly baked and just right done fried or boiled eggs, or an omelet). The staff made us feel a bit like their family: always friendly, always helpful and attentive in a very nice way.
