The property was amaaaaaaazing .. the staff are too friendly . I was alone and they were my family there .. anything i need i just send them massege and they respond direct.. and sure next time i will go to batatu villas direct ... they provide me with all trips and activities that i can do Thank you batatu ❤️

Éramos dois casais a viajar juntos e optámos por uma vila "Orchidea 1" com dois quartos e piscina própria. Os quartos eram excelentes a a sala muito espaçosa. A piscina privada sendo algo pequena era ainda assim linda e muito boa. A piscina comum do hotel é maravilhosa e tem um pormenor distinto que é uma pequena praia num dos topos. O staff é todo muito disponível e simpático. As massagens Balinesas disponíveis no hotel são fantásticas e tem um preço muito acessível. Tem de ser marcadas com antecedência. Este é um hotel que não tenho duvidas que vou querer voltar

We had a huge bed and a extraordinary view. It was so peacefull to wake up with birds. The room was spacious. I think hotel was recentley buid so decoration was so modern at the same time everything was new. Staff was very friendly they cleaned the room so well. They were smiling all the time :) 100% recomended! I ll definetly stay again.

Great villas, pool etc. Excellent breakfasts. Excellent staff and the hosts Wayne (Deano) and Kylee where exceptional. Excellent local advice / guides and SUP surfing guides - nothing was to much trouble. Thanks guys for the great trip.

The hotel is truly exceptional! we were impressed by excellent service and attention to detail. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable and the AC was strong enough to fit with Lombok's hot weather. It is also provided necessary amenities. We enjoyed the youtube and speaker access, allowing our kid to enjoy multimedia entertainment. When we went to the beach we were delighted to find it was not only clean but also had white sand that resembled the shape of pepper grains. The beach offered stunning sunset view. Moreover, we were fortunate to witness bufallos being herded back. This added a unique element to our visit and provided a glimpse of local life. It was truly sight to behold. The hotel restaurant offer vast selection of food and the restaurant corner wing had children's playground. This greatly assist us with small kid, she enjoyed making necklace accessories with the friendly staff. The hotel also strategically located near the famous Tanjung Aan Beach, Bukit Merese, Mandalika Circuit. Additionally, it was just half an hour away from Lombok International Airport making it a convenient place to stay prior departure from Lombok island.

O alojamento é muito bonito, apresenta todas as condições para uma estadia incrível, o staff é excecional. Os quartos são grandes e sossegados. Comida do restaurante bastante agradável e saborosa. Tudo 5 estrelas. Recomendo.
