I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
