very relaxing place in the middle of winter. it’s easy to reach from Israel by just crossing the border by foot. we were upgraded to bungalow, it was very nice. because in otherwise hotel is full of Arabic families with children, nothing against but can become loud. hotel has many options for dinner, not very expensive but very good, breakfast was included and was very good too. we loved our stay and will always come back if we get a chance

We loved our stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and cheerful. They made our stay very pleasant. They kept asking us if we have any comments on anything to make sure we are happy. The room space is large and the view is great. They upgraded our room to a seaview as a compliment. All the members of the animation team are fun and friendly too. They tried to make us enjoy our time with different activities. One of our friends forgot her mobile in the room while checking out, the room service guy found it and ran after us to give it back to us, even before we realize it was missing. We wanted to play billiards. The manager didn't make us pay the rent and let us play it for free.
