It was a great stay of course I will be back the room was nice very quiet you can have a deep sleeping very clean every thing you can find inside the room ( water, tea bags ,cattle,fridge ) and the bed was very comfortable I really recommend it!!

The breakfast is being prepared by a nice young lady, I am not sure if I remember her name right as Mena, everyday at 8am she is there at the rooftop/veranda preparing breakfast. My only concern is that for some tourists like me who needs to eat early, it is not possible because she only comes at 8am which I think is the start of her shift. The hotel is a bed and breakfast type so there is really not much staff but all of them are very helpful and doing the best they can to accommodate our requests as guests. For me, I just adjusted the start of my tours around 9am so that solves my problem during the 1st day as my tour guide and driver waited for me until my breakfast is done. Also, Mohammed is very helpful especially when my room lost water connection, he made sure to attend to it right away and contact the service provider. Plus, the wifi connection when I couldn't connect, he helped me also get connected in other routers and allowed me to stay for late check out since my flight is also in the early evening so I checked out at 2pm. Their transportation service is also good that they provide it at an affordable price and the drivers are well mannered and can speak English well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and for anyone who needs a budget-friendly accommodation and concerned about their safety (especially for solo travellers like me), I do recommend this hotel for the safety, peace and quiet it provides plus the good breakfast eventhough it is not a buffet, but enough to enjoy a nice breakfast meal of eggs, bread, falafel, foul, some fresh veggies and coffee. Mohamed, Mazen and Mena are all amazing staff.

È un resort enorme. Campo da padel, palestra,campo da calcio, un'area immensa per i bambini con i gonfiabili. Personale gentile e cibo squisito a prezzi incredibilmente bassi

Albergo pulito e curato, stanze accoglienti e comode, dotato di tutti i servizi per passare una bella vacanza compreso un piccolo store per lo shopping dell'ultimo minuto, due ATM per prelievi vari (indispensabili per il servizio taxi); tre ristoranti e la possibilità di essere trasportati con golf car alla struttura consociata del Marriot dove si possono usare ulteriori strutture tra cui il ristorante italiano davvero al top, hanno realizzato una piazzetta dove sembra di mangiare in un borgo ai tempi della dolce vita, consigliatissimo. L'hotel si trova in un quartiere molto esclusivo di nuova Cairo, ma proprio per questo è un po distante dal cuore pulsante del caotico Cairo, indispensabile il servizio taxi che può essere richiesto alla reception.

Purtroppo il giorno dell'arrivo la piscina non era disponibile solo dal giorno dopo abbiamo potuto usarla ma avendo il ceck in alle 12 siamo dovuti andare via... peccato perchè ha un bel parco acquatico.

The operation manager Alaa was very kind and at disposal 👌she is accurate and on time ! The colors of the apartment are neutral ; place is very clean and we'll organize; the sofa bed is good for three children who like to watch TV comfortably and . Kitchen staff were modern and enough to cook , the view is good and the terrace is well furnished. The beddings smell good and fresh ! I strongly recommend !
