Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

The staff is really lovely, kind and helpful at any moment! The hotel has the prettiest gardens and the beach is followed by an pier that gives you the opportunity to go straight in to the sea to say hi to the underwater wildlife! Breakfast and dinner buffet offer you fresh, delicious and homecooked meals everyday. We 100% recommend Silver Beach Hotel for your next dive trip, and even if you dont dive you‘ll be able to unwind, enjoy the hotels spa and totally switch off from your daily life. It is a peaceful and pleasant place. Thanks to Amed (Egyptian n1 ;) ), Ibrahim, Marhmoud, Tarek and to all the others that made our stay a real bliss! We will come back for sure! Most employees were really so kind and polite. I liked that they respond on every problem you have and try to resolve it. One big compliment to all the gardeners, the surroundings are really beautiful and clean. Outdoor shopping center - especially 2 shops (one with suvenirs and one with everything - if you leave the beach, the first and second shop on the left from the passage/underpass) surprised us because they were not intrusive and we could look in peace and buy what we needed. The food was also okay, otherwise it is repetitive, but every day you find something to like-they don't have a lot of food for people with allergy or vegans. Good thing drinking water - in your room every day a new bottle and around resort gallons for refiling. Unlimited machine sodas and juices-bad thing they are so over sweeted. We liked the towel system for the pool or the beach - you can get fresh ones every day. Since we did not travel with an agency, we took the hotel transfer from the airport and back and we were very satisfied.

Visited LTI with the family for a short stay. I liked the hotel and facilities (pools, aqua park, resturants), but what was exceptional is the staff. Mostafa (service desk) and the rest of staff members we dealt with are very welcoming and helpful. They looked after us very well, and did not expect anything in return. Pools are very nice and of different depth to help young children as well. Aqua park is shared with the other siste-hotel but still very cool and not very crowded. Overall the stay was really good

I’ve stayed at the Flamenco in ElQuseir a few times before. I think as pleased to see some upgrades like a tea kettle in the room and free of WiFi. I also feel like the food was better on the visit than previously. I also really like being able to snorkel from the pear.
