Parcheggio privato coperto, camera, struttura… e soprattutto la disponibilità del personale che ho contattato più volte per avere informazioni prima del viaggio.

Located in Gjakove, 23 km from Visoki Dečani Monastery, HOTEL 12 provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Appears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.

The hotel was in the city center , walking distance to the restaurants and shopping centers, it was very clean , the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was excellent

From the delicious, traditional food (both dinner at the hotel restaurant and the breakfast) to the comfy room and bed and to the amazing view from the large, private terrace, everything was excellent. The only thing that wasn't "just" excellent were the hosts: we rate them higher than that! We are grateful for the amazing stay and a glimpse into the local food, culture and history.

La struttura è moderna e ben mantenuta, offrendo condizioni impeccabili durante il mio soggiorno. Le camere erano estremamente pulite e curate. Il riscaldamento è stato così efficiente che ho dovuto aprire la finestra di notte. Il personale è estremamente accogliente e disponibile: in qualità di turisti, ci hanno fornito un sostegno eccezionale per risolvere un problema imprevisto. Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta. La colazione è stata deliziosa e variegata. Assolutamente un luogo da rivisitare in futuro.
