Jade Scene was definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. My room and bathroom were spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. I also booked a foot massage which was great, and used the sauna twice. Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the rooftop pool due to the bad weather but I’m sure it’s amazing when it’s hot outside!

Located in the city center, Hotel La Perle offers eco-friendly accommodations using solar emery amid the hustle and bustle of Hue. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant. Absolutely brilliant service from all staff. Ruby in particular - she welcomed us with cold towels and fresh mango juice when we arrived. She sat down with us with a map and then clearly explained and wrote down our itinerary and costs for our 1.5 days there. The hotel had communicated really well - by email directly (then WhatsApp) - what we might like to do and arranged our trips and our driver for the airport. So professional. Lovely clean room and bathroom. I found the bed a bit hard on the first night so they added a mattress topper. Free tea, coffee and bananas were available all day. The location was good for local restaurants. Amazing breakfast £2.50 for as much as you wanted from their menu, served to your table (no scrum for a buffet!). Reception area gives a really good impression - nicely decorated and smiling reception staff. Oh and they asked me if I'd like to borrow a hat! Unbelievable service for such a good price, I don't know how they do it.

The staff were so accommodating, we arrived early morning they gave us coffee and fruit and arranged a room early for us at no extra cost. They gave us so much information on the area. There was nothing at all that was too much trouble. The manager arranged a bus for us but there was a problem with the van so the manager took us and our luggage over to the bus.

Location value for money, we booked a room with 1 double bed but given a room with 2 double beds the price was still the same. The staff named Loc was very cute and enthusiastic with hospitality. It was very convenient to have car rental and bus booking services for us to go to Hoi An at an affordable price.

Maya Homestay

We were blown away by the room, so clean and comfy and on the fourth floor (be warned no lift), quiet and yet easy walk to shops, restaurants and the imperial palace. The owner is really helpful. Great value too.

We felt very looked after and safe and very at my home. It is very new, they provide free water and care about environmental conservation. We would highly recommend this beautiful homestay for anyone staying in Hue. The food was amazing and we could definitely tell this family has a lot of experience in the hospitality industry. We will look back on our time here fondly!

Great and calm location, about 5 km from the city center (we walked there by foot each day, so it's completely possible). The owner is very sincere and very much concerned about making his property a perfect stay. The stuff is helpful and positive. They even have a goose pet :) It's the best option of you don't like the noise and want to have calm, cozy and pleasant time in hue.
