He arranged us bus tickets, checked in two days after we stayed there how we were doing. Aside from that, the room was awesome. You get six towels in a 2-person room (from very small to large), there's all day free coffee and tea and the room a good fridge. Sheets, mattress and pillows were also good. Top place to stay in Ranong!

Wifi worked perfectly well, they have a nice area/Cafe for breakfast and snacks, along with a big and modern expresso machine. The breakfast menu contained quite a few different dishes (all included in the room price) and the price was very competitive considering the standard of this small hotel Staff are very friendly, can communicate well in English and are very helpful The place is very clean. The only area for improvement, especially if guests have luggage is that there is no elevator to go up to the rooms.

They helped me such a lot when I had a problem and could not ride my bicycle. Very quiet peaceful place as well

As for the English proficiency, it still holds true - whenever you ask something uncommon, they will contact their head office right away. It's not a big deal, as long as they are polite and attentive (which they are).
