The breakfast menu contained quite a few different dishes (all included in the room price) and the price was very competitive considering the standard of this small hotel Staff are very friendly, can communicate well in English and are very helpful The place is very clean. The only area for improvement, especially if guests have luggage is that there is no elevator to go up to the rooms.

It seems that they do read reviews and make improvements: - There are blackout curtains (not 100% blackout though, as it wouldn't fit the design). - I was asked if I needed help carrying my stuff into the room. - They don't require guests to take off their shoes; I specifically asked if I needed to take mine off beforehand. As for the English proficiency, it still holds true - whenever you ask something uncommon, they will contact their head office right away. It's not a big deal, as long as they are polite and attentive (which they are).
