You can find the snowy landscape at the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you want to go on tours, you can find the guide office in a hundred meters. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drink, even for vegetarians. If you want to see the northern light, this place is a good starting point.

Located in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, the Icehotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighboring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. Breakfast, overall hospitality was excellent.

This property is located within Abisko National Park, 2297 feet south of lake Torneträsk. Hotel rooms, economy hostel rooms (self catering possible) and cabins (self catering possible) are for rent. The hostel has a lot of corners to chill and just enjoy the beautiful view. The room was clean, bed super comfortable, breakfast great, the little shop in the building offers anything you might need - from clothes to a fika or some food for your meals. Easy to book activities in loco. The staff has been great! Very kind, always. I felt in love with the place and I would definitely come back. 😊

Grand Hotel Lapland is located in the center of Gällivare, directly opposite Gällivare Train Station. This area is known for both the midnight sun and the unique northern lights. We had a very comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the mountains. A delicious breakfast.

Surrounded by mountain nature, the family-owned Camp Ripan .is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city center. Very comfortable in the beautiful Arctic nature.

Hotell Samegård is located in central Kiruna. Free Wi-Fi access is available, as well as rooms with a flat-screen TV. Kiruna Train Station is an 8-minute walk away. The stuff is really nice, always willing to help the tourist.

Located by Mount Luossavaara, Malmfältens Folkhögskola offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi and a TV. All guests have access to a shared kitchen and lounge. The hotel was very cute and in a great location. My absolute favorite was the on-site restaurant. The staff was very kind and everything was delicious.

SPiS Hotel & Hostel is just 492 feet from Kiruna’s main street, Föreningsgatan. It provides free WiFi and a free sauna and relaxation area. I stayed here for 3 nights and what a wonderful place! They informed me the free shuttle bus from train station which dropped me right on front. Cassandra is learning english so be patient with her and Mikael is amazing !!! He wasn’t just helpful, but very generous and excellent conversation. Early check in is supported when available which is fantastic, had a shower and went out and about for the day. Now the breakfast is insane , literally better than5* luxury hotels I’ve stayed in so many options you get confused what to eat! Linnen is fresh and good quality bedding is warm and comfortable. The laundry is free to use as is the awesome sauna , has industrial kitchen available for cooking Up a storm. Also they sell items for convenience if needed . And have a bar . Now the showers are a little tired but hot and gold enough. They are moving old city to new city therefor not renovating atm. The oldest and biggest church is across from Hotel and local pub 3 min walk. The hill to walk up to see auras 15 min walk so don’t do tours ! Best place to do husky sleigh is Kiruna husky . Book directly through their site, well loved dogs and well managed operation.
