The staff is super friendly and try to help out in anything you ask for. Breakfast is really tasty and also they have sandwiches and croissants for you to enjoy starting from 4 am (!), which is great if you need to catch an early flight because you can still have some breakfast.

Before our arrival date, I requested if they could prepare a birthday greeting note for my friend's birthday on that day. But when we arrived, they prepared not only the bday greeting note, but there were also complimentary nice cold wine, dessert and fruits waiting for us in our room.! It was a super sweet surprise for us! We loved it! Thanks a lot!

Located in Cluj-Napoca, 600 metres from Cluj Arena, Hotel Cristal provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space. We picked this hotel because we wanted to book multiple rooms for a family vacation, somewhere fairly close to the center as well as modern, clean and affordable. Cristal was all of these and more. The building is small and unassuming from the outside but hyper-modern on the inside. Elevators, rooms, switches, are all digital touch. The staff was super courteous and helpful and the restaurant had delicious and fresh food for breakfast. We'd stay here again due to how easy it is to walk to central areas of town, including shopping areas and restaurants. The neighborhood and walk felt safe. Extra points for having a little mall and some cafes and supermarkets really close by (5 min walk), for when you want to get sone water bottles, or snacks. The bathroom was clean, the skincare was from Rituals and the room itself had a comfy bed, good sheets, and enough space to pop open our suitcases.

Fra ₱ 4 459 per nattLeiligheten har en høy standard og er veldig lekker. Den er moderne og flott møblert. Vi fikk adgangskode og traff ingen betjening der. Men vi hadde kontakt med henne og fikk bl.a. anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkering for bilen. Hun var meget hjelpsom. Leiligheten ligger i veldig sentralt og i en stille gate. Vil absolutt bo der igjen og vil anbefale denne til alle som skal besøke Cluj.
