Caravelas ligger vid Madalena på ön Pico. Hotellet omges av Atlanten på 3 sidor och har utsikt över ön Faial. Här finns en utomhuspool, en 24-timmarsreception och biluthyrning. We had a nice and comfortable room with a little basket of fruits for your welcome. The room had a nice balcony with a view to the harbour and Faial. In a minute you can reach the harbour and the city centre. There is a cleaning service everyday (if you need it). The breakfast buffet is really big and has a lot of offerings (they even had soy milk and milk without lactose; lots of bread, ham, cheese, cereals with different seeds, lots of fruits, many cakes, eggs, beans and so on...). The staff is very polite. We are not used to big hotels and normally stay at smaller/simpler places so we missed nothing at all.

The location is excellent, just around the corner from the ferry, a lovely ocean swimming pool and walking distance to wine tasting and restaurants. The apartment was very nicely decorated, heaps of storage, great air conditioning, well equipped and generally very comfortable and great value for money. There was even a communal washing machine that Patricia kindly said we could use.

O Zimbreiro ligger i Piedade i regionen Ilha do Pico och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. It is just an amazing place! Located in a very nice place at Pico island. You will be surprised that it looks even better than on pictures. Appartments are super clean, equipped with all you need and have huge beds where you sleep like a baby. You will for sure like homemade breakfasts on the terrase with a view. We recommend to try dinner prepared by the host! It's really worth it. If we are back to Pico, we will definitely stay at this place again!
