Located in the old Azorean town of Horta, the newly-renovated Hotel Horta offers views of Pico Island. It features rooms with balconies, a large garden and an outdoor pool. Friendly and flexible staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is right on the harbour in a great location. Everything about it was good for us. Great breakfast, comfortable room and pleasant staff. Secure parking.

Set in a 16th century fortress overlooking Horta Bay and Pico island, this Pousada hotel features a swimming pool and regional restaurant. Most of the air-conditioned rooms have views of the marina. The balcony and the few from the hotel room was amazing. You see the sea, the sailing boats and the mountain Pico on vis a vis island, where behind the mountain the sun raises every morning. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast has a big selection. Location perfect vis a vis Supermarket, Restaurant and direct at the harbour, where the whale watching and other tours can be booked and start.

Our room was on the ground floor, with a veranda and a superb view of the yacht mole and Pico. The area is quiet and safe. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit and juice, cornflakes, yoghourt, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs and fresh rolls, a griller to toast your cheese and ham roll. There were tea infusions and many ways of making an excellent cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful..

Wonderful Quiet Attic Apartment with strong and stable WiFi. Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

Dogs barking in the evening but not at night. Walkable to city center, although recommend to rent a car to nearby garage Terauto, very professional, nice and good price.

מקום האירוח Largo Bispo Boutique Hostel שוכן בהורטה, במרחק של 500 מ' מפראיה דה קונסייסאו ו-2.6 ק''מ מפראייה דו אלמושאריפה. The location is very good with respect to all Govt. Offices, Local Transport, Taxies, Rent A Car, fuel Station, Sea Transport, Bicycle Stands, ATM Machines, Supper Markets, All kind of Shops for Shopping, Cafeterias, Restaurants, Parks, Beach, & Tourists Attractions. All these things are under the radius of 100 to 200 Meters or Maximum 300 Meters. The airport is 10 KM Away which is not much Far. It's Cool & Calm Area with Cool & Calm Accommodation with all necessary facilities. I simply recommend you due to its reasonable prices against all above mentioned. I will preferably book it again & again whenever I go to Horta.

We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.
