Located in Randsverk in the Oppland Region, 46 km from Gålå, Lemonsjø Fjellstue og Hyttegrend features a terrace and views of the mountain. What didn't we like? Everything was great. From the staff to food and location. It feels so homely and calm. The view from our room was directing the lake and we could just sit hours on end, enjoying the view. The lady at the check-in/out was just delightful; very helpful (helped us plan our next day's trip toward fjords), open and super funny. :) We would love to stay longer and explore the surroundings.

This former farm is in picturesque Lom, close to Jotunheim National Park. It offers traditional Norwegian food, Galdhøpiggen Mountain views and excellent hiking opportunities. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Nice and cozy room, and really cool Norwegian bathtub.

I miscalculated my driving time, so i was supposed to arrive at 1 a.m. The owner and i found a solution, so i was able to check-in even later, at 2 a.m. Nice family-style hotel, comfy beds, everything looks new, very clean, authentic, stunning vies from windows. Perharps the nicest breakfast i ever had (see photo). Close to famous Geiranger, also it is situated at the entrance of the national nature park.

It was a personal experience here - you could really feel their passion for what they are creating at this very special place. We really enjoyed getting to know Bart and Ellen a little bit - we were inspired by Bart’s travel adventures in particular. We travelled with 3 kids, who had an equally grand time. We did an ATV tour with Bart, which was a highlight. The food was lovely, and our cabin was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to Villa Fregn again.
