We asked if we could drop off our suitcase 6 hours before check in time. The owner kept them for us till we came back to the hotel later that evening. He also offered a better room when we arrived, which we gladly accepted.

Villa Magnolia is situated at the Walcheren coast, in a quiet area near Oostkapelle (1 km) and Domburg (3 km). The beach is 800 metres away. Most of the spacious guestrooms have a balcony or terrace. What a delightful place to stay, very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. A lovely peaceful setting near a few small villages and close to the sea. Breakfast was excellent and set up in a special building with lovely glass windows and a view to the garden. We definitely recommend this as a beautiful quiet place to stay with excellent staff.

From £137 per nightLovely clean and well-furnished apartment for the two of us. Massive sofa big enough for watching TV, reading or snoozing. Walking distance from town centre to visit restaurants, cafes, sights, and shops. Had all the kitchen facilities and utensils we needed for self-catering, for the times we did not want to go out for meals. Stairs to climb but large windows created light and airy space, without passers-by looking in. It was a great base for us to explore Middelburg, as well as cycle around other Walcheren towns and villages.

Great location, directly on the beach, rooms were clean. Pet friendly, that is a big plus. On a windy nights you can fall asleep with the sound of waves crashing on the beach, for me that was amazing. Hotel is directly across a big store and quite close to the town centre.
