Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

The host, Aldo, was awesome! He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, as well as hooked us up with a couple of great dive guides last-minute. The property was really nice and clean, the housekeeping staff was very kind and the bartenders at Chula’s were great to talk to.

Hotel Dos Mundos, Isla Cozumel is offering accommodation in Cozumel. This 2-star hotel features free WiFi and a garden. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with a shower. Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).
