The staff team was cordial, polite and friendly. The room service staff- Constance and Patrick (Grill bar waiter) were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the beach. I booked an ocean view room and an upper floor room and got exactly that. The hotel had a Christmas pre-party which was just fantastic! The hotel had an evening live soft music during dinner which was lovely!

The location is also really convenient as you can walk to the malls nearby for 3 mins and you can walk to Haller park in 10-12 mins. I definitely recommend it is you are going to Mombasa.
