Gostamos de tudo, hotel incrível, quarto confortável, decoração linda nos quartos e no lobby. Até as músicas que tocam na recepção são relaxantes, combina muito com a vibe do hotel. Foram muito atenciosos com as crianças, aliás os funcionários são muito simpáticos e buscam sempre ajudar. O café da manhã tem um buffet pequeno mas tudo muito saboroso, produtos de alta qualidade. Além do buffet, podemos pedir um prato quente, que tb era delicioso. O hotel fica perto de uma estação de metrô que é conectada à estação principal de Nagoya por um shopping subterrâneo. Amamos essa estadia e voltaríamos com certeza.

Quiet location at the end of the row of shops but within walking distance to the train station and shopping area. Complimentary parking for hotel guests with ample parking across the the street with an outdoor and elevator parking system. Amazing breakfast spread with many choices to choose from and children’s cutlery provided. There is also a limited amount of curry rice at the lounge in the evenings. Indoor and outdoor Natural Onsen on the top floor with a coin laundry room and vending machines. The tv in the room has information on the congestion situation at the onsen. There is also a pillow room on certain floors with different types of pillows you can choose from. Rooms are spacious and guests are given a nice toiletry pouch that you can bring back. Two sets of lounge wear and 2 sets of towels are provided. One of the better types of hair dryer provided by a hotel. Overall the attention to detail and facilities provided makes it a great place to stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in Shizuoka again.

I'm not easily excited, but this is probably the first time I give a 10 out of 10 (and would give it 11 if I could). The staff is really exceptional (even for Japanese standards), very polite, very kind and very considerate. The building was built in the 70s (it's been a family business ever since) so it got the flair from that time (even the faucets on the washbasin in the bathroom seem to be from that era). Everything is well kept and working without problems. And of course verything is clean. It's located just next to the two tunnels leading towards the city, so it's conveniently accessed by car (be sure to slow down when exiting the tunnel or you'll miss it). By foot it's 20 minutes and only one of the tunnels can be used - I'd recommend a taxi. For foreigners: The staffs English is a bit limited, but it's sufficient for basic communication. If you want an authentic stay with the kind of atmosphere you might have seen in an older movie: This is your place to go.

時のホテル encontra-se em Toki, a cerca de 44 km de Estação Ferroviária de Nagoya e 45 km de Aeon Mall Atsuta. Everything was great. I'd absolutely stay here again and again. The staff was not fluent in English but they were very helpful and used a translating app to speak to us. The room was clean, breakfast was great, the sauna and hot springs (2 large bath tubs) were amazing as well. 5 Stars.
