The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.

The room was very clean and suitable. The price was exceptional! Perfect value for money. I would definitely visit and stay there again during my next trip to Jordan. Located in Madaba, within 29 km of Ma'in Hot Springs and 34 km of Dead Sea Panoramic Complex & Museum, Alhidan Hostel & adventure provides a shared lounge. this is an amazing place. a gem in the middle of nowhere. A pure nature experience accompanied with amazing staff. No ego, no negative wibes. Just an amazing stay at an amazing architecture. we haven’t had the chance to stay longer and enjoy hiking around the facility. I wish we had more time!

We stayed at the Mariam as part of a group trip. They have a really nice breakfast, gorgeous view from the terrace, and lovely staff. It's in a great location close to other hotels, across from hashtag hotdogs (highly recommend), and walking distance to everything. The staff is very helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations and arranged or transport.

The Grand Hotel Madaba is an elegant hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance from the Church of Apostles and 2 minutes' drive to the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land and the ST. All was good, the attention, the location, the food. We highly recommend! Staff is so kind.
