Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. Vanessa greeted us for breakfast, she was friendly and took the extra time to answer our questions regarding the property. This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking. The Cabra Castle is an awesome experience. The building, the grounds, the decor, the paintings, the food and the staff - wow! It was just like a fairytale.

Ideally located on the outskirts of Cavan, the Cavan Crystal Hotel is less than 5 minutes' drive from the town center. one of the best hotel I have ever been so far.Excellent customer service.Everyone works in hotel so sweet,friendly and professional.Lovely,quite,spotless clean rooms.And excellent spa and gym.The best breakfast and chef in whole Ireland who certainly deserve michelines stars.I really enjoy every second there.Thank you for all.Ten stars stay.

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 1.9 mi away. Our server at breakfast, Mary, was absolutely charming and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made the trip even more memorable. The walks were spectacular and the grounds were just too beautiful. Worth every penny!

Located in the center of Cavan town on the main street, The Farnham Arms Hotel features a bar and restaurant. Food was excellent, staff were very helpful and always friendly. Lovely hotel. Such a welcome change from the big chain hotels!!!

Located in Arvagh, 13 miles from Cavan Genealogy Centre, Breffni Arms Hotel has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Wonderful hotel and amazing family running the establishment and they could not to do more for us. Amazing breakfast included and we ate dinner there both nights because the food and people were so wonderful!! So helpful for suggestions on local attractions and transportation. This is a must stay!
