View from our room was exceptional! The room had everything you needed and they even let you borrow wine glasses for your wine. Shower pressure was phenomenal and the shower drains pretty fast (unlike some hotels we’ve been to in Crete). Breakfast was the best we’ve had. Selection was pretty good. At first it looked small but they had many items and each item was very good quality and house made! I would definitely come back to stay here next time we are in Rethymno!

Apartman poseduje sve sto je potrebno za ugodan i udoban boravak! Prostran je, u svakoj prostoriji se nalazi klima uredjaj koji je neophodan u letnjim danima. Na odlicnoj je lokaciji, par minuta hoda do plaze…sa pekarom u prizemlju zgrade i supermarketom u blizini. Topla preporuka svim turistima koji zele da posete Rethymno! Mi smo uzivali!

We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

Great hotel! You are immediately immeresed into the Syntopia experience when you walk in and are wrapped into their signature scent - very sophisticated. The staff is incredibly nice and makes you feel part of the Syntopia family. Food, drinks, interior design - everything is on point! Would recommend!

We had a very enjoyable time at Villa Maris! Communication with our wonderful host Christina was exceptional - advice on local restaurants and places to visit always forthcoming and superb. The villa is well furnished and has a nice little swimming pool. It's a great base to explore beaches or the mountains. What made our stay extra special were the gifts on arrival, wine and raki made by Christina's father, and other food gifts throughout our stay; thoroughly enchanting!
