The owner and the girls working at the reception are very polite, helpful and with a bright smile on their face. I highly recommend Lines Concept Accomodation if you ever find yourself in Rethymno!

Hotel was modern, brand new and very clean. 30 second walk to the beach, this was also the best side of Plakias beach with no rocks and less crowds. Really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!

Siempre estaban ahí para solucionarte cualquier cosa y que no te estresaras. La habitación era comodísima y las vistas maravillosas. La comida del buffet está bastante buena, sobretodo la noche asiática. La limpieza es excelente, y la mujer que limpió nuestra habitación es muy amigable y buena. El snack bar de la piscina esta buenísimo y la gente es muy amistosa. Gracias a todos por una experiencia inolvidable!

The room had everything you needed and they even let you borrow wine glasses for your wine. Shower pressure was phenomenal and the shower drains pretty fast (unlike some hotels we’ve been to in Crete). Breakfast was the best we’ve had. Selection was pretty good. At first it looked small but they had many items and each item was very good quality and house made! I would definitely come back to stay here next time we are in Rethymno!
