A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

Enjoying a privileged location in the heart of Heraklion Town, Ibis Styles Heraklion Central by Accor is just a short stroll from major touristic sights and lively areas of the town. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We booked two rooms, one of them was very quiet, the other one had a bit of street noise, but nothing too disturbing. The hotel has a parking house right downstairs, which cost 7 euros per night for hotel guests (You drive there, give them the keys, they park it). The location is also great - it has many restaurants right next to it and the harbour is only a walking distance away.

The breakfast was exceptional, I would visit the hotel again if only for the breakfast! The location is superb with open see view and next to the center, the room quite comfortable with small balckony, but the most remembering element it the bathroom with see view! The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

The property is located in the heart of the city within a minute's walk to restaurants, shops, and numerous historical sites, and our quiet room on the top floor faced a fantastic view with a balcony. The room was a decent size with a comfy bed, but the bathroom is quite small but efficient. Breakfast was included with a very nice spread. The staff were friendly, helpful, and offered to call a taxi for our trip to the airport.

Bra beliggenhet. Super service, men jeg kom litt sent til å bruke fasilitetene. Restauranten stengte da jeg kom (fordi jeg kom sent på kvelden) og bassenget var stengt for vinteren. My husband and I have been travelling to resorts separately, together and as a family for over 20 years, primarily in South America (mexico, dominican republic, columbia, aruba etc) but this is by far the absolute best resort we have been to and I am so happy my children had this experience. The staff is always gracious, smiling, happy and especially helpful. The food and drinks were amazing in all areas of the resort! The rooms are well maintained and always clean with comfortable beds and adequate supplies. The grounds are immaculate and well manicured. I got a sense that the people truly enjoy working here because of the happiness they exude all day long. The assistant manager is exceptional and is all over the resort helping and ensuring that the guests are well taken care of. This is my 3rd time to Greece and my husband and childrens first time and Im so happy that all of the great things that I’ve said about this beautiful country and its people was proven true! Heraklion is a 30 minute drive away and full of restaurants and gift shops. Hersonissos is a 5 minute taxi ride east and is so full of energy. Bars, clubs restaurants, shops, everything!! Thank you Lyttos Beach for the amazing memories :)
