Excellent hotel with convenient location for excursions. Friendly staff with good english. The a la carte restaurant is delicious. In Europe they no longer serve cake with hot chocolate inside. But in Royal Jewel Al Raml Hotel they can!!!

The room was very cute, and the fact that each room of the hotel had a theme was amazing. Even though the size of the room is small as informed, it was very well organised and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We got breakfast in bed, which was for very reasonable price and was quite good. The location is close to the main road. Our room was facing a building under construction, but that was not a problem for us as we had the intention of visiting the city instead. There was no noise or any other inconveniences. I totally recommend it. PS: Finding a clean hotel in Cairo and Alexandria was a struggle, but we were lucky with this one.

Eastern El Montazah Hotel Is a Luxurious eastern Modern Hotel Located near El Montazah Royal gardens, Mamoura Beach & Abu Qir Historical Site. Really nice place to stay, however little outside of alexanderia but i love to stay there. I recommend for others. Breakfast was awesome with many items. At last chef cooked himself for a special rice for us. I love it.

The staff were very friendly, Christine, Phillip gamil, alya and the sheesha from nagi was the best. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a very great location.

It was a big pleasure to reside in this beautiful, comfortable house with so much tradition (the elevators are a must see, and they are fast, despite the need to manually open and close the doors). It is besides the famous "Old Cateract" in Assuan and a small privately owned hotel in Cairo the only hotel in Egypt we have been, where we were served freshly pressed, tasty orange juice for breakfast. Not even the Winterpalace in Luxor offered that. Another big point is the location right on the corniche. With a room directed to the sea, you have a great view around and on the castle across. Also, you have all interesting points in downtown in walking distance, if you do not want to take one of the horse carriages waiting in front of the hotel. Or the tramway ;-)
