Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. Concierge, 10+, very helpful and organized great trip to great wall with great guide.

The whole facility had a real traditional feel and was set right in amongst the hutongs which was exactly the experience we were looking for. But the real plus of this place would have to be the host Mark and his team. He was so kind and welcoming and with his command of both english and mandarin he was able to help us navigate the city and get the most out of beijing. He also spent the time to chat with us about the history of the place and we learnt a lot. Could not recommend this place enough for those travelers looking for a more authentic, off the beaten path experience in a comfortable and well kept setting.
