Nice, fairly new place, with someone at the premise most of the time. Parking is free, and gated. It's a nice, newer hotel. It has a free breakfast, but we never ate there because it's from 8 - 10am, and we left before that time. It's in a nice part of town. The hotel also is a restaurant.

Sofra E Shpatit features a garden, bar, barbecue facilities and terrace in Elbasan. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a kids' club, along with free WiFi.... Everything was good. The place is very beautiful and clean. The staff are very positive and friendly. Would totally recommend it, a nice gateway at the mountain with fresh air and beautiful views.

Hotel Monarch is located in Elbasan. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen tv, air conditioning and a minibar. I stayed here for one night on my way from the Albanian Riviera to North Macedonia. The tiny hotel is a handful of rooms on the second floor of a building that also has a bar on the first floor (where you check in) and an eatery on the third (top) floor. Its location is great for those that want to do some sightseeing or have business downtown. For me it was just a few minutes' walk to the highly-reviewed Ethnography Museum, and just a few minutes more to the castle. The rooms also have a complimentary small minibar with water and a couple of sodas. Breakfast at the rooftop eatery upstairs was superb - served at the table, I received freshly made juice, espresso, a perfectly cooked omelet (my choice out of the optional items), just-cut fresh fruit, and bread and homemade jam, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooftop eatery also has a nice view of the city.
